These Terms of Use (“Terms”) outline the rules for accessing and using PicScore — our AI-powered platform for getting feedback on your photos. By using the site, you agree to follow these Terms. If you’re not on board, you won’t be able to use the service. 😢

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll post the updated Terms and update the “Last updated” date.

1. Who Can Use PicScore

You must be 18 years or older to use PicScore. By using the service, you acknowledge that you meet this requirement and are in full compliance with all applicable local laws.

2. Keeping Your Account Safe

Please keep your login info private, and let us know ASAP if you think your account has been compromised.

3. Uploading Content

PicScore lets you submit photos and other content for AI-based scoring and analysis. When you upload something, you confirm that you own it or have the right to use it.

Here’s what not to upload:

We reserve the right to take down any content that breaks these rules.

4. Credit Expiration

Credits don’t roll over. Unused credits expire at the end of each billing period, and all remaining credits expire when your subscription ends.

5. Your Rights & Our License

You own your content. We only process it to run PicScore (e.g., analyze your photo and show results).

We don’t use your photos to train models or for advertising without your permission.

6. Our Stuff Is Ours

All branding, text, images, code, and other elements on PicScore are protected under intellectual property laws. Please don’t copy, redistribute, or remix our work without written permission.

7. Service Availability

We work hard to keep PicScore running smoothly, but sometimes maintenance or unexpected issues happen. The service is offered “as is,” and we can’t promise it’ll be up 24/7.

8. Account Deletion

You can also delete your account at any time from your account page or by emailing support@picscore.com.

9. Privacy Matters

Your use of PicScore is also covered by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how we use it. Give it a read to understand your rights and our responsibilities.

10. Outside Links

Some links on PicScore might take you to other websites. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for what they do or say. Check out their terms and privacy policies if you visit them.

11. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, PicScore isn’t liable for any indirect or incidental damages that come from using the platform.

12. You Agree to Cover Us

You agree to indemnify us, along with our officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, and licensors, against third-party claims, damages, actions, losses, and expenses resulting from your use of PicScore, including content submission. We maintain the right to settle such claims without your consent.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any legal action must be brought in a state or federal court located there.

14. If Something’s Invalid

If any part of these Terms isn’t enforceable, everything else still stands. And just because we don’t act on a violation right away doesn’t mean we’ve waived our rights.

These Terms don’t grant any third-party rights. The UK’s Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 doesn’t apply here.

15. The Whole Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, represent the full agreement between you and PicScore regarding the service.
